To ensure your order is delivered correctly and within the stated timelines, please make sure your shipping details (name, phone number, and full address, including unit or apartment number if applicable) are entered accurately at checkout.
We may not be able to accommodate address changes after an order has been placed. Zee Store is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Where We Ship
We ship to Canada, the United States, and internationally using multiple shipping carriers.
Shipping Fees & Duties
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping within Canada and the United States. For U.S. orders, duties are fully covered at no additional cost.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by the destination country.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped and may include a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at hello@zeestore.ca.
Please note that tracking may not be available for certain shipping options, including small packet shipments and select accessory orders (e.g. earrings or keychains).

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 9–14 business days
• International: 5–50 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, which are outside of our control. If you need urgent shipping or a faster delivery option, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout where applicable. No promotional code is required.
Free shipping includes:
• Canada and United States: Standard shipping (no minimum)
• Local delivery (London, ON): No minimum
• Select accessories: May qualify for free shipping under specific shipping methods

Local Delivery (London, Ontario)
We offer free local delivery within London, Ontario. Please select local delivery at checkout.
Deliveries are made between 5 PM – 8 PM, Monday to Sunday. You will receive a text message with your delivery date and time.
