Politique de remboursement

We offer a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and send it back.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with tags attached, and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@zeestore.ca with your receipt or proof of purchase, along with a photo of the item’s current condition. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@zeestore.ca including your proof of purchase and a photo of the item’s condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item(s) in accordance with the return policy above and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

All sale or clearance items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping & Refunds

For returns that are not due to damage or defect, the cost of shipping, any applicable duties, and return shipping will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Full refunds will only be issued in cases where:

  • There is an error with your order, or
  • Your item(s) arrive damaged or defective

We are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number when sending back your return.

All refunds are subject to approval and must meet the conditions outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to deny a return or refund that does not meet these requirements.
